📘 Little Scholars Math Academy – Terms & Conditions

1. Term Structure & Fees

The school year is divided into 4 terms, each consisting of 11 lessons:
- Term 1: January – March
- Term 2: April – June
- Term 3: July – September
- Term 4: October – December
Per Term (11 lessons).
Material Fee: $35 per term (non-refundable).
Registration Fee: $50 one-time, payable upon enrolment.
Deposit: $200, refundable under the conditions below.

2. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

A $200 deposit is collected upon registration.
The deposit is refundable if:
- Parent provides at least 4 lesson weeks’ advance written notice before the intended last term.
Example:
- To stop after Term 1 (end March) → notice must be given by end February.
If notice is not given on time, the deposit will be forfeited.

All term fees, material fees, and required charges are payable before the first lesson of each term.
Fees are non-refundable once the term begins.
Late payments may result in late fee charge $50 or suspension of lessons until fees are fully paid.

By default, no make-up classes will be provided for student-initiated absences (e.g., illness, travel, personal events).
Make-up may be arranged only if:
- There is another class with available space, and
- The schedule matches the student’s level.
Make-up classes are not guaranteed and cannot be carried forward to future terms.

Students are expected to attend lessons punctually.
The academy reserves the right to reassign classes, levels, or teachers when necessary.
Parents will be informed in advance of any public holiday closures, teacher medical leave adjustments, or centre-initiated changes.

To withdraw, parents must:
1. Provide written notice via WhatsApp/email to the centre.
2. Ensure the notice is submitted at least 4 lesson weeks before the last desired term.
Failure to follow the notice period will result in:
- Deposit forfeiture, and
- Any unused fees non-refundable.

The academy may take photos or videos during lessons for learning documentation and promotional use.
Parents may opt out by notifying us in writing.
