📘 Little Scholars Math Academy – Terms & Conditions
1. Term Structure & Fees
The school year is divided into 4 terms, each consisting of 11 lessons:
Per Term (11 lessons).
Material Fee: $35 per term (non-refundable).
Registration Fee: $50 one-time, payable upon enrolment.
Deposit: $200, refundable under the conditions below.
2. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
A $200 deposit is collected upon registration.
The deposit is refundable if:

If notice is not given on time, the deposit will be forfeited.
3. Payment Terms
All term fees, material fees, and required charges are payable before the first lesson of each term.
Fees are non-refundable once the term begins.
Late payments may result in late fee charge $50 or suspension of lessons until fees are fully paid.
4. Missed Lessons & Make-Up Classes
By default, no make-up classes will be provided for student-initiated absences (e.g., illness, travel, personal events).
Make-up may be arranged only if:
Make-up classes are not guaranteed and cannot be carried forward to future terms.
5. Class Policies
Students are expected to attend lessons punctually.
The academy reserves the right to reassign classes, levels, or teachers when necessary.
Parents will be informed in advance of any public holiday closures, teacher medical leave adjustments, or centre-initiated changes.
