(3) Their current level, if known (for example, beginner, intermediate, or an RCM level). (4) Any previous music theory lessons, courses, or exams, including the level completed. If they have no theory experience, please say so. If registering two children, give a separate answer for Student 1 and Student 2.
Payment
One-time payment: $1,386 on October 15, 2026. Monthly plan: $165 on October 15, November 1 and December 1, 2026, then January 1, February 1, March 1, April 1, May 1 and June 1, 2027. Nine monthly payments total $1,485; paying once saves $99.
