ROLE:

Your ultimate goal as a Client Media Buyer is to assist the Client Marketing Department in ensuring the clients' advertising money invested through us on social media platforms delivers the best return on ad spend (ROAS) possible. Ensure all clients meet their monthly metrics for leads received, ad spend, and cost per lead.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization

    1. Daily Ads Check Reporting

      • Making budget adjustments on campaigns directly to decrease the client’s CPL

      • Responsible for CPL and ROAS

      • Assist in developing copywriting ideas for Ads and funnels

      • Reporting to the Client Marketing Department Slack after Ads Check

  • Client Metrics Achievement

    • Outcome: Ensure all clients hit their monthly targets for leads received, ad spend spent, and cost per lead.

      • KPIs:

        • Percentage of clients meeting their monthly lead targets.

        • Percentage of clients staying within their monthly ad spend budget.

        • Percentage of clients achieving their cost-per-lead targets.

  • Client Communication and Reporting

    • Outcome: Maintain clear and proactive communication with the CSM regarding campaign performance and strategic adjustments.

    • Detailed noting of ad adjustments to each client’s card is in Notion.

    • KPIs:

      • Frequency and quality of performance reports delivered to clients.

      • Client satisfaction scores.

      • Responsiveness to client inquiries and concerns.

  • Budget Management

    • Outcome: Efficiently manage clients' ad spend to maximize ROAS.

    • KPIs:

      • Adherence to budget allocations.

      • Percentage of ad spend under/over budget.

      • Average ROAS across all clients.

  • Team Collaboration

    • Outcome: Work effectively with internal teams to support client objectives.

    • KPIs:

      • Quality of collaboration with creative, analytics, and account management teams.

      • Contribution to team meetings and strategy sessions.

      • Feedback from peers and managers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in Meta Ads Media Buying video editing and production.

  • Proficient in marketing software, particularly GoHighLevel, Meta Ads Manager and Tiktok Ads Manager.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience creating B2C facebook/instagram advertising.

  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in spelling, grammar, and brand alignment in all video content.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in media buying.

HOURS:

The company operates in Eastern Standard Time.
