From Our Clients (Hotels/Guesthouses):

  • Property information (address, services, booking links)

  • Billing details (company registration, VAT, banking info)

  • Preferences for tone, call handling, FAQs

From Callers or Guests:

  • Name and surname (when provided)

  • Phone number (via caller ID)

  • Voicemail or live-call content (transcripts, audio)

  • Booking or service-related queries

We do not knowingly collect or store any special categories of personal information (e.g., religious beliefs, health status) unless voluntarily disclosed during calls.


4. How We Collect Personal Information

  • Directly from our clients during onboarding or communication

  • Automatically from callers through phone systems
