About the Role

Keri Virtual Assistants is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented TikTok Shop Manager to support our growing affiliate program and community engagement.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing affiliate communications, approving sample requests, setting up automation workflows, sourcing potential affiliates aligned with the brand, collecting spark codes, and overseeing our Discord community. You will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with affiliates while ensuring campaigns and community interactions run smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, social media savvy, confident in communication, and experienced in managing multiple tasks and conversations simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to affiliate messages on TikTok Shop
Review and approve affiliate sample requests
Set up and manage Euka automations
Source and outreach to aligned potential affiliates
Collect and track Spark codes for campaigns
Manage and engage the Discord community
Maintain organized tracking and reporting of affiliate activities

What We Look For

1+ year experience in social media, TikTok affiliate management, or e-commerce support
Strong written communication skills
Highly organized with solid tracking and admin skills
Able to manage multiple conversations and deadlines
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Proficient in Google Workspace, Discord, and TikTok Shop tools

Nice to Have

Experience managing TikTok Shop or other affiliate programs
Familiar with Euka or similar automation tools
Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
Experience building and moderating online communities

Compensation

Rate: $7.00 - $8.00 per hour + benefits
