Job Description:
We’re looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Real Estate Media Specialist. Your primary role will be to help shoot professional photo and video content for house listings. Each project will take place on-site at residential properties across the area.
Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality photos and videos of real estate listings
Set up and break down basic photo/video equipment
Communicate with agents and homeowners in a professional and friendly manner
Organize and upload media files for editing/post-production
Ensure each home is presented in the best possible light
Qualifications:
Basic experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras or smartphones with gimbal/stabilizer
Familiarity with composition, lighting, and framing for real estate or lifestyle photography
Reliable transportation to get to different listing locations
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Schedule:
Flexible part-time hours (you’ll be scheduled based on home availability and your availability).
Compensation:
$50-$250 per house (based on scope of work
