This pre-season tune-up does not include geothermal systems, mini-split systems, boilers, oil furnaces, supplying filters, recharging of refrigerant, clearing condensate line stoppages, evaporator cleaning (including acid cleaning), or cleaning/unclogging services required to correct problems due to lack of maintenance. This tune-up does not warrant or guarantee against future mechanical breakdowns and you (the policy holder) are responsible for any applicable service fees upon resent or future equipment failures
