Phoenix South Point Standard Options Survey
Below are the choices for standard materials included in the purchase of your Phoenix South Point condo. Upgrades are available at the bottom of the survey.
This survey can be completed one of two ways:
If you intend to use all standard materials, you can use this form to send us all of your selections. Please leave any questions in the Notes section, and include your best contact information. Once we receive your selections, we will do a follow up call to make sure everything is complete and answer any questions you may have.
If you intend to upgrade aspects of your unit, please use this as a pre-meeting form. We will not hold you to any selections, but you can indicate interest in any of the standard items you like. This will give us some ground work that will streamline your in-person meeting.
Kitchen Backsplash tile is Shaw 3x12 Coastal Prospect in a matte or glossy finish. Laid straight or brick.
Condos are painted with Sherwin Williams paint in a flat finish. The trim color and the ceiling color are Snowbound. Other finishes are available as an upgrade.
The master bathroom shower tile is a 12x24 polished tile laid straight. The master shower floors will be tiled with a matching mosaic. All other showers will be cultured marble in the color Solid White. You can upgrade the cultured marble showers to tile.
Standard cabinets are white paint on a slab door. Bathroom vanity cabinets are wall mounted. Hardware can be selected in our office. Upgrades are available in several door styles and colors, including frameless cabinets.
The standard countertops throughout the condo will be quartz. Super White is a solid white quartz. White Carrara is a white quartz with grey flecks. There are several upgrade choices in our office.
All guest showers are cultured marble. Upgrades for tile are available.
The kitchen faucet is Delta Essa. The vanity and shower trim is Delta Woodhurst. Finish is Polished Chrome. Upgrades are available in our office.

The wet bar is an upgrade at Phoenix South Point. It is shown in the corner of the floor plan and the location is in the living room. Please contact us if you need more information about this change.
