Illume Magazine – Consent and Release Agreement for Youth Content

1. Introduction Thank you for being part of Illume Magazine’s Next Gen Crafters program! We love showcasing young makers and their creativity. To feature your child’s work, we need your permission.

2. Who Can Submit A parent or legal guardian must submit on behalf of a child under 18. The content should focus on craftsmanship and creativity.

3. Permission to Publish By submitting, you allow Illume Magazine to use your child’s content, including photos, artwork, and written pieces, in the magazine, on our website, and on social media.

4. How We Use Your Child’s Info • Only the child’s first name and age may appear with their work. Along with the craft information. • Personal contact details remain private and won’t be shared.

5. Our Publishing Choices We decide which submissions get published. Submission does not guarantee publication.

6. Content Rules • The child must create the submission. • No political or controversial content. • We reserve the right to reject any content.

7. No Payment for Submissions This is a voluntary feature. We do not offer payment for published content.

8. Parent/Guardian Agreement By signing below, you confirm that: • You are the child’s legal guardian. • You have the right to grant us permission to publish the content. • The submission does not violate copyright or other rights.

9. Legal Release You release Illume Connect from any claims related to the publication and use of submitted co political or controversial content. • We reserve the right to reject any content.
