Sprocket Angels is a private network of accredited investors committed to supporting high-growth startups and strengthening the innovation economy in West Kentucky.

Members are invited to monthly Sprocket Angel Lunches, held at Sprocket with a Zoom option available for those who prefer to attend remotely. Each session provides an opportunity to connect with fellow investors, hear from entrepreneurs, learn from experienced investors, and explore early-stage investment opportunities.

Sprocket Angel Lunches are currently limited to accredited investors.

In general, you may qualify as an accredited investor if you:

• Have an individual annual income exceeding $200,000 (or $300,000 jointly with a spouse or spouse equivalent) in each of the past two years and reasonably expect the same this year; or

• Have a net worth exceeding $1 million, individually or jointly with a spouse or spouse equivalent, excluding the value of your primary residence; or

• Meet certain professional certification or entity qualifications recognized by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
