Tier 2 Contract – Comprehensive Tax Planning 

TAX PLANNING SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made between Fresh Start Global Enterprise, LLC d/b/a Fresh Start Financial Services ("Fresh Start") and:

1. Scope of Services

Under Tier 2, Client will receive a Comprehensive Tax Planning Package, including:

  • Review of the last two years of personal and business tax returns

  • Business entity structure evaluation and optimization suggestions

  • Customized tax-saving strategies tailored to client’s industry

  • Quarterly estimated tax projections

  • Guidance on legal deductions, credits, and retirement planning options

  • Income shifting, owner compensation, and benefit strategies

  • Basic tax plan for children and spouse involvement (if applicable)

  • Summary Tax Planning Report (PDF)

  • One 75-minute Strategy Call (scheduled after full payment)

2. Payment Terms

  • Total Cost: $1,200

  • Deposit Due Upon Signing: $600 (non-refundable)

  • Remaining Balance Due: $600
    Balance must be paid before the strategy session is booked.

The deposit will be applied to the total cost. Strategy sessions and deliverables are not scheduled or delivered without full payment.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Client agrees to:

    • Submit the completed Tax Planning Intake Form

    • Upload all necessary financials, business documents, and tax returns

    • Cooperate with timelines and respond to communication in a timely manner

    • Use the payment link provided at the bottom of the intake form

4. Refund Policy

All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued if the client chooses not to complete the engagement.

5. Termination Clause

Either party may terminate this agreement in writing. Fresh Start retains the right to invoice for any work completed up to the termination date.

6. Acknowledgement

By signing below, the Client agrees to the terms outlined above.
