How It Works

  • All art forms and mediums are welcome.

  • Submit your application using the form below to be considered.

  • 30+ artists will be selected for the show.

  • Each artist receives about 3ft wide of space to lean art against wall—bring as many pieces as you'd like to fill it.

  • ART CANNOT BE HUNG ON THE WALLS

  • NO NAILS ALLOWED - NO COMMAND STRIPS, LEAN WORK ONLY

  • We will occupy the entire 2nd floor of the venue, see pics of the space below.

  • Artists spaces will be one of the following: a ledge against the wall, a , windowsill or table against a wall.

  • Bring prints, small stickers or any other items you have to display in your area.

  • This is a working space which is not cookie cutter, no 2 artists spaces will be the same. Please only apply if you are flexible and willing to work with the space you set up in which is first come first served.

  • Artist slots are first come first served.

  • We will turn the lights as high as they can go but the venue is on the dimmer side compared to our other venues.

  • Artists keep 96% of all sales (Waffles & Wine retains a nominal 4% commission). This payout can be performed via Venmo during checkout at the end of the event. A WW representative will work with you to collect this at the end of the night.

  • This change allows us to sustainably operate, reinvest into event production, expand marketing efforts, and continue providing high-quality opportunities for artists. Our mission remains the same: to elevate local creatives and build meaningful connections between artists and collectors. We truly appreciate your continued support.

  • All applicants will receive a response by email, whether accepted or not.

  • Submission fee is only charged if you are accepted, we collect your card information upon form submission but you will only be charged if you are accepted for the show.

  • Artist submission fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
