What volunteer areas are you interested in?

Event volunteer (work a general volunteer role at an event day of and pre/post from set up to tear down)

Operations volunteer (assisting with on-site, day of logistics and pre/post, as needed)

Gate & Ticket volunteer (day of work ticketing and gate)

Volunteer Coordinator (coordinate and manage volunteers during off season and/or event day pre/post)

Technical volunteer (website or event tech volunteer is during off season and/or event day)

Graphics volunteer (creative graphics and design volunteer is during off season and/or event day)

Marketing volunteer - social media, street marketing (posters, coasters, distribution), promo team (work table at other events promoting our events) - this is during off season and/or event day

Music volunteer (work in music event from set up to tear down to helping bands and talent) - this is event day and pre/post

I can commit to the following time as a volunteer:

Off season - up to 5 hours/week as needed

Off season - 5 - 10 hours/week as needed

Day BEFORE Event (Friday) - More than 8 hours if needed

Day BEFORE Event (Friday) - a shift of up to 4 hours if I am scheduled in advance

Day of Event (Saturday)- More than 8 hours if needed

Day of Event (Saturday) - a shift of up to 4 hours if I am scheduled in advance

Day AFTER Event (Sunday) - More than 8 hours if needed

Day AFTER Event (Sunday) - a shift of up to 4 hours if I am scheduled in advance

I'm not positive about how much I can commit to yet but I'm willing to discuss

Note - time commitment is what you're willing to do and would be discussed individually to meet your schedule. Most events should be weekends. Big Ride is always a Saturday event so the day before is a Friday and the day after is a Sunday. Off season time may include evening meetings during the week or efforts done on your own time.
