Check here to acknowledge the following items are required to be performed by the current owner/dealership before the start of the inspection for the inspection to be complete and thorough: 1. Hook up full electricity (50amp if RV is a 50amp unit / 30amp if RV is a 30amp unit). 2. Hook up to Freshwater supply (with regulator) 3. Hook up to Sewer 4. The refrigerator turned on for 12 hours if equipped with an RV absorption refrigerator (Not required for residential refrigerators). 5. At least 1/4 tank of propane. 6. Enough diesel/gas/propane in the tank to run the generator for an hour. If all these conditions are not met, the inspection can continue, however, some items may not be fully evaluated.
