This course is specifically designed for you to hit your athletic or daily life goals with core, back and hip strength!

Class will be held at the Ridgecrest Community Gym every Wednesday from 12-12:45

Once this form is submitted, we will send you an invoice that needs to be completed by within 48 hours.
