Realtor Registration Form
By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have an executed agreement to show homes or represent Buyer as Buyer's Broker, as required by the Arizona Association of Realtors or Department of Real Estate. You must accompany your client on the client’s first visit to the sales office or model homes. This registration will expire in thirty (30) days or upon the expiration of any executed Buyer representation form, whichever occurs first. Submitting this form does not create an agreement to pay commissions. A "Buyer-Broker Agreement & Disclosure" addendum must be executed with any buyer's Purchase Contract to confirm concessions/commissions. See Sales Representative for more information.
