The theme for our fourth annual Sukkot will be “Go”. We are excited to have you share your feast with us! You can check an outline of our event schedule on our website for your planning. 

The registration fee is for all adults 18 years old and older and the first TWO children in your family. Children 4 years old and under will be free. Your registration fee will include all lunches and dinners (breakfast will be on your own), expenses to rent and set up facilities, and a t-shirt. 

All balances must be paid in full by September 8th.

Whether new friends or old, we cannot wait to see you!

Texas Tabernacles is a family event and it is our joy that all ages from birth up can come and participate. While it is our goal for families to come to the feast together, we know that is not always the reality. There are times when minors want to keep the feast and their parent or legal guardian can not or will not come.

It is the heart of Messiah Texas to make a way for them to attend, however, it is also the duty of the leadership of Texas Tabernacles to do everything decently and in order.

Henceforth, this will be our policy for minors attending Texas Tabernacles:

1) All minors, 17 and under as of the first day of the feast, registered and attending with their biological parents and/or legal guardians are welcome to attend.

2) All minors, 17 and under as of the first day of the feast, that have written permission from their parent and/or legal guardian and are registered and attending with a biological family member (grandparent, sibling 25 or older, aunt, uncle, or cousin 25 or older) are welcome to attend.

3) All minors, 17 and under as of the first day of the feast, that have written permission from their parent and/or legal guardian and are registered and attending with a non-family member are welcome to attend if they have notarized documentation that gives an adult 25 or older temporary legal guardianship.

Refund Policy

By checking the box below, I assert that I have read all the information from Messiah Texas on this page and agree to the terms, policies, and rules set forth. I also acknowledge and agree to the information below:

This registration is not valid, and your spot is not held, until a 20% non-refundable deposit is paid. All remaining balances must be paid by 11:59pm on Monday, September 6th, 2025. The remaining balance will be accessible via link on our website and included in a follow-up email.

Non-Refundable Deposit- Registrant acknowledges that the deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances; including, but not limited to, registrant deciding he or she does not want, or is no longer able to attend the event. Upon receipt of the deposit, Messiah Texas agrees to hold the registrant’s spot and lodging until the balance due date.

A 100% refund of the balance paid, minus the deposit, will be given for a cancellation received 60 days or more prior to the event.

A 75% refund of the balance paid, minus the deposit, will be given for a cancellation received 46-59 days prior to the event.

A 50% refund of the balance paid, minus the deposit, will be given for a cancellation received 30-45 days prior to the event.

Cancellations within 30 days of event, or no shows, are not eligible for balance refunds.

Any balance not paid in full by September 6th, 2025, will incur a late fee.

I agree to conform to the safety rules and procedures. I understand the above refund policy. I agree to volunteer and be a full participant of this year's Texas Tabernacles. I understand most of the event is outdoors and that there are inherent risks with an outdoor event. I understand that there may be wild animals in the camp that are native to the area and out of the control of Messiah Texas. By registering for Texas Tabernacles, I hereby waive, release, and discharge all claims for damages for personal injury and property which may occur to me or my family because of participation in Texas Tabernacles. By registering, I release Messiah Texas of any and all liability. By registering for Texas Tabernacles, I am agreeing to the terms outlined above as a legal representative for my entire family and/or people I have registered.
