We’re committed to connecting our partner clients with high-quality, skilled, and self-led Virtual Assistants who are truly aligned with their brand.

Here’s what to expect once you submit this form:

Shortlisting Phase:
We’ll review all applications and shortlist up to 5 qualified candidates based on skillset, experience, and fit.
Internal Interview Round:
Shortlisted candidates will go through a 1-on-1 interview with our team to dive deeper into your strengths, availability, and expectations.
Client Matching:
From there, we’ll select 2 top candidates to be introduced to the client for final interviews. The client will make the final hiring decision.

A Note About Onboarding & Training

If selected, you'll undergo a paid onboarding process, which may include orientation, aligning with the client’s tools/systems, and role-specific training.

To support this transition and ensure both you and the client are set up for success, 50% of your hourly rate will be temporarily allocated for the first week only during this onboarding phase.

👉 This one-time adjustment applies only to your first 7 days of work and helps us cover the time and effort spent on training, feedback, and support. After this, your full hourly rate will apply moving forward.

Salary Range

Rates vary depending on the client and role requirements, but most of our current placements fall between:

₱350–₱500 PHP per hour
