Each child must be accompanied by a parent or designated adult during the programme.
Sunshine Music Start is a 6-week beginner entry program designed as a complete learning experience. Fees are for the full 6-week programme and are non-refundable once the program has commenced.
Classes will commence once minimum enrolment for the class timing is met. In the event a class does not commence, families will be contacted with alternative options.
Missed classes are not refundable and replacement lessons are not guaranteed.
Program fee includes participation in weekly in-person classes and use of official course materials during the program.
Music Zoo Studio reserves the right to recommend a more suitable class placement if a child is assessed to benefit from a different level.
For the safety and learning experience of all children, Music Zoo Studio reserves the right to pause participation if a child is unwell or unable to participate safely in class.
Class schedules and teachers are subject to adjustment if required, while maintaining program quality.
