I/We fully understand that I/we purchased EDUCATION from Replace Your Mortgage (RYM). Also, I/We fully understand that RYM is not originating my/our loan so RYM has no way of knowing my/our complete financial situation nor will approve me/us for a HELOC. Finally, I/We fully understand the refund policy outlined in the signed Client Expectations Agreement when signing up for the RYM EDUCATION as previously agreed to.

I/We fully understand that a life event i.e. losing a job, health change, etc. does not warrant a refund because there is no way of returning the EDUCATION, THE Bank List and/or the Bank Questionnaire that RYM has given me/us. Lastly, I/We fully understand that I/we can use this information at any point in the future and I/we shall not share this EDUCATION, the Bank List and/or the Bank Questionnaire with anyone outside RYM.
