Thank you for your interest in becoming an instructor with Launch Horizons. We are building a platform that equips teens and young adults (ages 13–25) with real-life skills, confidence, and direction. We partner with instructors who are not only experts in their field, but who can connect, teach, and create meaningful learning experiences. This application will help us understand your expertise, your teaching style, and the type of content you’d like to offer. If selected, you will be invited to onboarding, placed under contract, and supported through the setup process.

COMPENSATION AGREEMENT

Launch Horizons uses a revenue-sharing model:

50/50 revenue split after setup costs
$300 setup fee per program (not paid upfront)
Setup fees are deducted from program earnings
Maximum of $900 in setup fees before adding new programs
Monthly payouts issued at the end of each month
On-demand content can generate ongoing revenue
Live sessions require scheduling and recording submission
