Booth Information:

A standard booth (10' x 10') requires a $15 donation. (this fee is being waived for this event )
Vendors may request a larger booth space (subject to approval and additional donation).
Vendors must provide all necessary supplies (tables, chairs, displays, etc.).
A donation jar will be provided at each booth.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I am responsible for providing all necessary booth supplies, and I agree to comply with all event guidelines. I understand that my donation secures my booth space and is non-refundable.
