To secure your appointment at everly rose salon, we require a credit card to be placed on file. If you do not have a credit card to place on file, you may purchase a reloadable gift card from Everly Rose Salon and reload it over the phone for your scheduling/purchasing needs. This policy offers guests transparent pricing and no-hassle check out while eliminating the impact the financial impact caused by missed appointments and late cancellations. Should you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, per our cancelation policy, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled services.
Cancellation Policy: The time you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are missed, or canceled with insufficient notice, we are unable to fill the vacancy, causing financial impact to our business.  Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with Everly Rose Salon, we request 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of your scheduled services. If you miss an appointment with no cancelation, you will be charged 100% of the services you were scheduled for.
