GLOSS EVANGELIST PROGRAM
Welcome to the GLOSS Evangelist Program. By registering, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
The GLOSS Evangelist Program (“Program”) is an affiliate-style referral program operated by GLOSS Business Group (“Company”).
As an Evangelist, you earn commissions by referring new paying clients to GLOSS Business Group services.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must provide accurate contact, payout, and tax information.
Must comply with all applicable laws and these terms.
Each Evangelist receives a unique referral link and dashboard login.
Referrals are tracked via our system; only sign-ups made through your link are credited.
The Company is not responsible for tracking errors due to ad blockers, cookies disabled, or incorrect link usage.
Commission Rate: Up to 9% of the subscription revenue generated from your referral.
Payment Frequency: Monthly, after the referral’s payment clears.
Method: PayPal, Direct Deposit, or another approved payout method.
Minimum Payout Threshold: $50.00. Unpaid balances roll over until the threshold is met.
Chargebacks/Refunds: If a referral’s payment is refunded or fails, no commission is paid.
Example: A referral subscribes to a $297/month plan.
You earn $26.73/month for as long as that referral remains active.
Referring 10 new clients per month can generate up to $20,869 in Year 1 and $32,076 annually thereafter, provided clients remain active.
You may promote using approved graphics, captions, and messaging provided by GLOSS Business Group.
You may not misrepresent the Company or its services.
Paid advertising using “GLOSS Business Group” trademarks without approval is prohibited.
Spamming, misleading claims, or offensive content will result in termination.
Evangelists are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of GLOSS Business Group.
You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your earnings.
Either party may terminate participation at any time with written notice.
Upon termination, unpaid commissions due will be paid according to the payout schedule.
Any violation of these terms may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Program at any time.
Evangelists will be notified of material changes via email or dashboard notice.
By registering as a GLOSS Evangelist, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, Conditions, and Payout Policies.
