Membership Terms

1. Membership Overview

Each membership includes one customized monthly treatment designed to address your unique skin or scalp needs. Members also receive exclusive perks with add on treatments and discounts for family and friends. All memberships are non- refundable however, they are transferable.

2. Billing & Payments

Membership fees are automatically billed monthly on the same day as your enrollment date. Payments are securely processed using the card on file. If a payment fails, you’ll be contacted to update your billing information.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

Members are encouraged to pre-book their monthly appointment to ensure availability. Monthly services do not roll over. If a session is not used within the billing cycle, it expires. Appointments are subject to normal business hours and esthetician availability.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

5. Membership Holds & Cancellations

You may pause your membership for up to 2 months per year by contacting us in writing. Memberships may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing date. Requests must be submitted via text 727-776-2240.

7. Refunds & Transfers

Membership fees and unused services are non-refundable.

8. Liability & Acknowledgment

By enrolling, you acknowledge that all skincare treatments involve some risk and that you have disclosed any allergies, medications, or skin conditions to your esthetician. Crescent Moon Beauty and its staff are not responsible for reactions resulting from withheld information or non-compliance with aftercare.

9. Authorization

By checking below, you agree to automatic monthly billing for the membership selected above and acknowledge all terms of this agreement.
