I understand that a practice of at least 2 times a week will be logged for the programme. This includes online or in-studio, both with Urban OM or elsewhere.

I understand that the Hot Classic Masterclass sequence is required as a frequent practice for the Hot Yoga qualification. Urban OM provides an online link to practice at home if not participating in Urban OM studio classes in the week.
