By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms.

• Safety, understanding and connection: We ask that you:

  • Respect people's identities, including how they refer to themselves, their pronouns, and the language they use about their own experience.

  • Actively make room for voices that are often left out. Do not dismiss or talk over the lived experience of others.

  • Understand that attendees and speakers at this event will communicate, process and engage in different ways. That is expected and welcome.

  • Before you react, consider whether a different interpretation is possible.

  • Be aware that your words and actions affect other people, even when that is not your intention.

  • Make space for others to participate in ways that work for them, not just in ways that feel familiar or comfortable to you.

  If someone's behaviour is affecting other attendees' ability to participate, we may need to step in. Depending on the situation, that could include asking someone to leave the live event. No refund will be issued in that case.

• Intellectual property and content use. The content presented at this event (including talks, slides, and materials) belongs to the respective speakers and organisers. You may take screenshots or photos of Day 1 sessions to share on social media. You may not record, reproduce, or distribute session content in any other form without explicit written permission. AI bots, automated recording tools, or non-human participants are not permitted to join the event. Any participant identified as using such tools will be removed from the event.

• How we may share event content. We may share content from the event in our promotional and social media materials. This includes: screenshots or images of attendees who choose to be on camera during Day 2, including any names visible on screen (such as Zoom display names); and comments or quotes from the event, always shared without names or any identifying information. Nothing from chat or participant contributions will ever be attributed to an individual. If you do not wish to appear in any shared content, email [email protected].

• Attendee confidentiality: All participants agree to treat anything shared by other participants during the day 2 event as confidential. Do not share or use it outside the event. Do not record other attendees or their contributions.

• One registration per person: Each ticket is valid for one individual only. Access (including Zoom Events and recordings) is not to be shared with others.

• Recording access. Day 1 sessions are recorded. Recordings will be available from Monday 24th August 2026 and remain accessible for 3 months. Day 2 is not recorded.

• Pricing and GST. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) or US dollars (USD) as displayed. AUD prices include GST for purchases made within Australia.

• No change-of-mind refunds. All ticket sales are final. No refunds are available for change of mind or inability to attend on the day.

• Ticket transfer. Tickets may be transferred to another person up to 16th August 2026 (3 days before the event). To request a transfer, email [email protected] with the new attendee's full name and email address.

• Cancellation or significant change. If the event is cancelled or significantly changed, a full refund will be offered. Please note: session topics, speakers, formats, and program details may change before or during the event. Changes of this kind are part of the nature of a live, evolving conference and do not constitute a significant change entitling a refund.

• Liability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for failures caused by third-party platforms or circumstances outside our control. This includes technical issues on your end, such as internet connectivity, device compatibility, or software. To the extent permitted by law, any remaining liability is limited to the ticket price paid.

• Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time and will give reasonable notice of any material changes before they take effect.

• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
