FREE pop-up Pilates class starts at 1:00 PM in the Plastic Surgery Associates parking lot, 4625 Quigg Drive, Santa Rosa, CA 95409 (across the street from Allegro MedSpa), hosted by Justine Licursi, Founder of Social Wellness Society. Mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you'd like extra cushion or support.

Step 2 — Sip
After class, we'll walk across the street to Allegro MedSpa (280 Mission Blvd., Santa Rosa, CA 95409) to sip, shop, and learn:
