I acknowledge and agree that all submission fees are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable once the submission has been received and processed by the International Impact Book Awards, regardless of judging results, withdrawal of my submission, disqualification, scheduling conflicts, or my decision not to proceed with participation.

I agree to contact the International Impact Book Awards directly to address any questions or concerns regarding my submission before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with my financial institution.
