What You're Purchasing

Cents Savvy LLC will provide full IRS representation for cases involving balances generally over $100,000, an assigned Revenue Officer, and/or evaluation and negotiation of an Installment Agreement or Offer in Compromise (OIC), whichever the Client qualifies for based on documented financial circumstances.

  • Representation for any tax years or issues not disclosed at the time of engagement

  • Formal Collection Due Process (CDP) hearings, Tax Court proceedings, or litigation (available as a separate engagement if needed)

  • Representation on entirely new IRS issues (e.g., a new audit or new tax year debt) arising after this engagement begins

No Guarantee of Outcome

Cents Savvy LLC will represent the Client's interests before the IRS in good faith and in accordance with professional standards. The IRS retains sole authority to accept, reject, counter, or modify any Installment Agreement, Offer in Compromise, or Currently Not Collectible determination. Cents Savvy LLC does not guarantee acceptance of an Offer in Compromise, a specific settlement amount, a specific payment amount, or any particular resolution outcome. Offer in Compromise acceptance rates depend significantly on the Client's individual financial circumstances, which are outside the control of Cents Savvy LLC.

Timeline

Timelines for Complex Resolution cases vary significantly by case type and typically span several months, beginning after IRS Power of Attorney (POA) approval. This timeline depends heavily on the Client providing complete and accurate documentation promptly, IRS processing and review times (which can extend to a year or more for Offer in Compromise cases), and the responsiveness of any assigned Revenue Officer. Cents Savvy LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the Client's failure to provide timely documentation, IRS processing times, or other factors outside its control.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to: provide complete and accurate financial documentation within 5 business days of request; respond to communications from Cents Savvy LLC and/or the IRS within 3 business days; disclose all assets, income, expenses, and liabilities truthfully and completely; and promptly forward any IRS correspondence received directly to Cents Savvy LLC. Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay case resolution or affect eligibility for the pursued resolution path, and is the Client's responsibility.

Fees and Refund Policy

The $7,995 fee compensates Cents Savvy LLC for the professional services described above, not for a guaranteed outcome, settlement amount, or IRS acceptance. Given the extensive scope of work involved (transcript analysis, financial statement preparation, and direct IRS negotiation), work is considered commenced upon signing of this agreement and payment, and the fee is non-refundable once work has begun. If Cents Savvy LLC has not yet begun work, a refund request made within 48 hours of payment will be honored in full.

Chargeback Acknowledgment

The Client agrees that initiating a payment dispute or chargeback for services that have been rendered, in whole or in part, constitutes a breach of this agreement. The Client agrees to first contact Cents Savvy LLC directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a dispute with their card issuer or payment provider.
