• Tier 2 – Growth – For scaling businesses, includes tax planning, compliance, and enhanced service discounts.

• Tier 3 – Executive – Designed for high net-worth businesses with comprehensive tax, budgeting, and forecasting services.

• Tier 4 – Elite – For multi-entity businesses, providing the highest level of priority support, unlimited HR assistance, and all-inclusive service offerings.

• Personal Tax Filing for Owners – From discounted rates to full inclusion, depending on tier.

• Tax Planning & Compliance – Year-round strategic tax guidance and compliance monitoring.

• Financial Forecasting & Budgeting – Projections, planning, and budget creation (Executive & Elite tiers).

• Business Formation – Discounts or full inclusion for new entity setup.

• Credit Optimization – Enrollment and monthly services for credit improvement and strategic debt management.

• HR Support – Hourly, discounted, or unlimited depending on tier.

• Priority Support – Enhanced response time and service (Elite tier).

Membership Dues

We offer 4 levels of membership:

• Tier 1 – Starter Monthly Price: $795/Annual Cost: $9,540

• Tier 2 – Growth Monthly Price: $995/Annual Cost: $11,940

• Tier 3 – Executive Monthly Price: $1,195/Annual Cost: $14,340

• Tier 4 – Elite Monthly Price: $1,495/Annual Cost: $17,940

Membership Agreement

Payment Terms

You hereby agree that:

• All Membership sales are final, non-refundable, and nontransferable under all circumstances.

• You have fully consented to all payments to Shift Your Paradigm Membership, and all charges are valid.

• You waive all rights to initiate chargebacks, disputes, or claims against payments for any reason, including but not limited to services not delivered, products not received, or claims of fraudulent charges.

Restrictions

The Member agrees not to:

• Share login information with non-members.

• Reproduce or share any membership content with non-members.

• Post inappropriate, inaccurate, or offensive content to membership platforms or social media.

• Act in competition with Shift Your Paradigm individually or as part of another entity.

Liability

• The Organization is not liable for any tangible or intangible damages incurred during membership.

• The Organization cannot guarantee specific results—any outcomes, positive or negative, are due to the Member’s personal choices.

Privacy

• Member information will not be shared with others without consent.

• All materials, content, and communications are confidential.

• Unauthorized reproduction or resale of membership content is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

Membership Termination

The Organization may terminate membership for:

• Two consecutive missed payments.

• Disruptive or uncooperative behavior.

• Hindering productivity or participation of others.

• Violation of any terms outlined in this Agreement.

Notice Period:

• Member must provide 30 days written notice before termination.

• No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

• Membership benefits end at the conclusion of the notice period.

Termination Procedure:

• Written notice submitted to the Organization.

• Confirmation of termination date provided by the Organization.

Acknowledgment

By enrolling:

• You acknowledge the risks involved in any business endeavor, including the possibility of capital loss.

• There is no guarantee of earnings.

• You agree to complete all payments in a timely manner regardless of participation or results.
