Build Your Email Campaign
Diner's who enroll in your VIP program will receive a welcome email right away, and a special welcome email on Day 1 to engage them. Additional monthly email's are sent on the 15th (after payday) when studies show diners are more likely to eat out or order-in.
Please select a type of email for each month:
Stay Connected (Info only - No Promo): A friendly Hello! to keep your business top-of-mind. These emails contain a link to leave a Google review which boosts your search and map rankings.
Promotion: Percentage Discount
Promotion: Free Appetizer
Promotion: Free Beverage
Each promotional email message has a default, or choose from up to ten pre-written alternatives. These can be switched or customized at any time, or you can set it and forget it!
TIPS
Research shows offering promotions too often is actually negative, between 3-6 year per give best results.
Emails containing a promotion cannot request a Google review as it violates Google terms (you cannot be viewed as trying to bribe a diner to get a review!)
Types and schedules can be changed at any time by contacting or logging into your Customer FollowUp control panel.

Google reviews are a huge benefit to your b<p>Google reviews are a huge benefit to your business. The more reviews you have , the more relevant your business is. Google shows the most relevant restaurants more often. To get your unique review link you need to claim your business with Google. If you've already claimed then you'll have a login that allows you to get the link .
