2027 Club Season Commitment Form

If your athlete is ready to commit to training, competing, and growing with Cloud Peak Volleyball, this is your next step.

You don't need to know exactly which team your athlete will ultimately be placed on.

Simply choose the highest level your athlete is interested in and prepared to commit to, complete the application, and submit the corresponding deposit.

From there, we'll work together to determine the best team fit.

HOW IT WORKS

Choose Your Level
Select the highest level your athlete is interested in pursuing:
- NATIONAL - our highest level of commitment, training, and competition
- ELITE - similar training as our National team, without as many Qualifiers
- SELECT - quality training and competition with a more flexible commitment and travel schedule
Submit Your Deposit
Your deposit tells us:
- We're ready to commit and intend to play on whatever team is the best fit for your athlete this season
- Deposits are applied directly toward your athlete's club tuition
We'll Determine the Best Fit
- Team placement isn't only about who is the "best" player.
- We consider skill, position, team needs, commitment level, and development opportunities, competitive readiness, and where be believe each athlete can have a successful season

Once applications are received, we'll communicate next steps and team placement opportunities with your family.
