Passenger Waiver Summary

By joining a Pink Boat trip, guests acknowledge that:

boating activities involve inherent risks, including weather, waves, vessel movement, and water-related activities;
participation is voluntary and at guests’ own discretion;
guests are responsible for supervising children in their care at all times;
all guests must follow captain and safety instructions onboard;
swimming is only permitted when instructed and when the vessel is safely stopped;
alcohol consumption is at guests’ own responsibility;
the vessel operates within Burrard Inlet only;
the maximum onboard capacity includes adults, children, and pets combined.
