Your electronic signature below grants Limited Power of Attorney to LT Student Credit Sch & Associates, doing business as LT Outsourcing Solutions, its officers, employees, and authorized agents, solely for the purpose of assisting you with matters related to credit repair, inquiry deletion, credit restoration, and administrative backend support. This authorization does not grant full power of attorney and is limited strictly to credit-related concerns.

🔹 Scope of Authorization

I hereby appoint LT Student Credit Sch & Associates, d/b/a LT Outsourcing Solutions to act on my behalf for the following limited purposes:

Preparing and signing correspondence addressed to credit bureaus and creditors
Communicating with credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies via phone, fax, mail, or electronic methods
Obtaining my credit information through any secure channel including internet portals and authorized platforms
If necessary, engaging in mediation efforts to resolve debts or disputes related to my credit profile

🔹 Authorization to Access Credit Data

I further authorize LT Student Credit Sch & Associates, d/b/a LT Outsourcing Solutions, its agents and employees, to obtain my credit report and any relevant consumer data, including information related to student loans (public and/or private), collections, and any supporting documentation necessary for dispute resolution. This may include access to medical, financial, or legal records as related to credit reporting issues.

🔹 Liability and Term

By this authorization, I release LT Student Credit Sch & Associates, d/b/a LT Outsourcing Solutions, and any record holders or bureaus (including but not limited to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion), from any liability for compliance with this release. This limited power of attorney shall remain in effect for 12 months from the date of signature and may be revoked at any time.

🔹 Right to Cancel

You may cancel this authorization at any time by notifying LT Student Credit Sch & Associates, d/b/a LT Outsourcing Solutions in writing via email or certified mail. Upon receipt of your cancellation notice, this limited power of attorney and electronic signature authorization shall be null and void, and your account with us will be closed.
