By applying to The Brilliant Circle Ambassador Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Content Commitment
- I agree to create and post content featuring Brilliant Lash Pro's products in a genuine and positive manner.
- I understand that consistent participation (such as monthly content, stories, tags, or product promotion) may be required to remain active in the program.
Brand Guidelines
- I agree to follow the content guidelines and direction provided by Brilliant Lash Pro, including messaging, product representation, and use of tags.
Removal Clause
- I understand that failure to post, follow guidelines, or maintain a positive brand image may result in removal from the program at the brand’s discretion, with or without notice.
Content Usage
- I grant Brilliant Lash Pro permission to repost, share, or use my content (photos, videos, captions) created as part of this program for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and promotional materials, with credit.
Non-Exclusivity
- I understand that this is a non-exclusive partnership. I may work with other brands, but I agree not to promote competing products during any campaign period unless previously discussed.
Professional Conduct
- I agree to represent Brilliant Lash Pro respectfully and professionally. I will not engage in hate speech, discrimination, or other behavior that could harm the brand’s image.
Termination
- I understand that this partnership is voluntary and either party can end participation at any time with written notice.
