The Stepping Stone Award honors women who have transformed real challenges into forward momentum — not through perfection, but through resilience, courage, and continued action.

We are looking for women whose stories reflect growth, perseverance, and impact. Women who didn’t bypass the hard seasons, but built through them. The pivots, the pauses, the rebuilding, the moments that could’ve stopped you — and instead became stepping stones.

Selections will be made intentionally by the BESTIES Boardroom team based on the depth of the story shared, the transformation experienced, and the impact created — not follower count, revenue, or visibility.

This is not about having it all figured out.
It’s about honoring the woman who kept going — and in doing so, created space for others to rise too

To receive a Stepping Stone Award, the honoree must be in attendance in person at The BESTIES Boardroom LIVE. This award is presented on stage, and all recipients must be confirmed ticket holders. If you have not purchased your ticket yet, don’t worry — once you complete this application, you’ll receive a special 30% off ticket code as our way of supporting your next step.
