Our Realtor® Program:

1. Sales Office Registration – The real estate agent may accompany and register the prospective buyer on the prospective buyer’s first visit to the community.

2. Online Pre-Registration – The real estate agent may pre-register the prospective buyer at BrightonHomesAZ.com prior to the prospective buyer’s first visit to this community and then must accompany the prospective buyer to the community within 48hrs of the prospective buyer’s first visit and complete this onsite realtor registration.

3. Registration is valid for 30 days. After 30 days, the prospective buyer must be re-registered.

4. Brighton Homes will pay a commission, per the terms of this Registration and the Purchase Agreement, at close of escrow. Our commission rate is 2.5% of the base sales price or net sales price, whichever is less.

5. If prospective buyer returns to this community with another real estate agent and enters into a contract, this registration will be null and void and ONLY the accompanying real estate agent at time of contract will be paid a commission.

6. The real estate agent represents prospective buyer as a Buyer Broker and does not represent Brighton Homes.

7. The information on this form must be legible and accurate in order to be a valid registration.

8. The real estate agent must provide all requested information and properly execute any required commission addendums within 24 hours of our notification.

9. Real estate agent must hold active real estate license in the State of Arizona.
