I authorize Eagles Digital Media to charge my payment method at the price and billing frequency displayed for the product or service selected at checkout. I understand that I am entering a binding minimum commitment of three consecutive months.

The initial three-month term cannot be canceled, paused, or shortened except as permitted by the written Agreement or applicable law. Early termination, non-use of services, or removal of the payment method does not eliminate the remaining payment obligation. Revoking payment authorization or initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel the Agreement or erase any valid unpaid balance.

After the initial term, services will continue month-to-month until canceled in writing by email to [email protected]. A cancellation request submitted during the initial term will take effect after the three-month commitment is completed.

Payments for services performed, access provided, work completed, or resources reserved are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. Before initiating a payment dispute, I agree to provide written notice and allow Eagles Digital Media ten business days to investigate and attempt resolution. Nothing in this acknowledgment waives any right that cannot legally be waived.
