Must own your own tools
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Must pass a drug screen and physical
Trade school, mechanical course, or equivalent is highly preferred
Must have at least 3 years of experience for Technician role
Self-motivated with leadership skills (a plus)
Physically able to stand for long periods of time
Ability to be on call
Strong communication skills with customers
Primary Duties (include but are not limited to):
Preventative maintenance
Oil changes on various types of vehicles
Troubleshooting and repairs
Suspension & steering diagnostics and repairs
Trailer maintenance & repair
Drivetrain, rear end, and transmission (automatic & manual) troubleshooting and repair
General maintenance for cab and chassis
Fuel and electrical diagnostics with limited supervision
Federal USDOT inspections
A/C troubleshooting and repair (609 certification a plus)
Communicate effectively with drivers and customers
