Qualifications

We look at the gross amount. If the rent is $1000 a month and your income is $3000 a month, that would = 3X the rent. 
Typically most landlords will want 3 months rent paid in the amount of first last and security or 1st months rent and 2 months security. They will be looking at bank statements to see proof of funds to move in.
