Before Your Session

Breathwork can bring physical sensations, emotions, thoughts and memories to the surface. While there will be space to share what is relevant to your experience, Roslyn is not a psychologist or mental health practitioner, and Breath Vortex sessions are not psychotherapy.

Breath vortex will not spend the session going deeply into the story or origin of everything you are carrying. Time to share will be structured, allowing us to focus on your body, breath and the work we are here to do.

Please complete this form honestly and in as much detail as possible. Your medical history, medications and substance use are important in determining which breathwork practices are appropriate for you.

If a medical contraindication, medication or substance use is disclosed or identified that was not included in this form, your session may need to be modified, postponed, require medical clearance, or in some circumstances may not proceed.
