Thank you for engaging Chantal Gerardy from

Online Business Marketing PTY LTD.

All Program and Project T&Cs are outlined below.


Each program or project is created solely for your business and all strategies and concepts are not to be shared or utilised by anyone other than your employees, team or direct partners.

Over the course of the program or project, I will provide ideas and tactics that ultimately aim to give you the skills, strategies, and systems to use in your online business marketing, however it is based on my opinion and experience. 

In order to achieve your program or project goals, you need to be willing to work with me and be open-minded about the ideas that are presented. I am focused on evolving your online presence, and the fact you have signed up says to me that you are also ready to implement these strategies to get results.

The following ‘Terms of Engagement’ summarise how we will work together.

 

My Role:


I will act in the role of your personal consultant and coach. I will lead you through the fundamentals of online marketing, catered specifically to your business, with the intention to develop your skills and give you the confidence to run your own marketing for your business.

Your results will be determined by the action you take. Failure to book and attend sessions within the given time frame will result in incompletion from your end and cannot be extended. 

If you have engaged us for any 'done for you' services, I will project manage the outcomes agreed upon at payment.

Completion of the outcomes, within the engaged time, is dependent on you providing us with the necessary information needed in a timely fashion. Failure to do so will result in an email notification of proposed end date, followed by the project being closed, and a final email being sent.

We recommend you change your password on any accounts you gave us access to. 

 

Client Agreement:

1. Sessions:

All sessions must be booked through our link, and are held either Online through Zoom, my location in Varsity Lakes 4227, or at your location (additional cost may apply) Please book sessions as outlined, and always have a session booked ahead. We recommend starting weekly for a month, and then moving toward fortnightly. Previous tasks need to be implemented before having additional sessions. 

Please note the email you used to sign up with, and CONTINUE to use that email always in correspondence and bookings. Please check you choose YOUR time zone when booking as we are in QLD Australia. We recommend you add us to your contacts in emails. 

1.2 Session Changes: 

All rescheduling or cancellations are to be made in the Reminder EMAIL you would have received.

Search for the BOOKING in your emails and click reschedule/cancel.

Any date or time changes to any sessions are to be made 48 hours prior to a session or may be forfeited (unless emergencies).

Only one change is permitted within the entire program and is dependent upon my availability.

Please book sessions in my calendar in the next time available and avoid booking in the middle of a time frame as it will steal time from others booking.

 

 2. Correspondence

2.1 Done with You Correspondence:

All questions or feedback during that time, are to be sent to [email protected]  (Please use the subject line FEEDBACK in your emails) or asked in the VIP Facebook Mastermind Group

Please only contact Chantal Gerardy through Facebook messenger for emergencies.

I endeavour to reply within 72hrs, unless it’s an emergency.

Replies will be during work hours 9-5pm weekdays and outside of public holidays unless its an emergency.

Email as needed to arrange check-in calls in working hours. 

 

2.2 Done for You Correspondence:

For any 'DONE FOR YOU' services eg. social media management, tech setup, websites or software  correspondence, please ALWAYS use this email: [email protected] with Your Business Name in the subject line, unless you are wanting to chat with Chantal. 

Done for you services are specified on your invoice. They are divided into:

- management

- optimisation

- set up

Please ensure you are clear on the service you have paid for and feel free if you'd like to ask for a quote for additional services not included. 

To make things easier, we use a project management system to keep track of all your project deliverables. All your information will be added to this, and actioned ONLY when we have all the information to 100% complete that task. Please can you send us all required information within a week of asking. If we do not receive what is needed, or if you do not respond with the final edit we ask for, your project will be completed with what we have, and off boarded.

2.3 DONE WITH YOU - Actionable Tasks: 

All work will be undertaken by you the client, unless you have engaged us for any 'done for you' services. This gives you hands-on experience and develops your confidence online.

Time implementation may vary and will be dependent upon your skill level, which will only improve with practice.

Please ensure your tasks have been completed before the next session so we can progress.

Chantal may shorten the sessions at her discretion should their be a better use of time for that session eg. tasks that need completing before progressing.

2.4 Scope and Boundaries

Each project or program includes specific inclusions as outlined in your proposal or onboarding documentation. Support is provided only in relation to the agreed deliverables within your package.

Requests for assistance outside of the agreed project scope, such as unrelated marketing tasks, additional technical support, or new strategy requests, are not included.

We’re happy to assist with additional needs and will provide a separate quote for any extra work requested. This helps maintain clear boundaries, ensure fair use of our time, and allow us to continue providing quality support to all clients.

 

2.5 Recordings and Transcriptions:

If you receive recordings or transcriptions from us, its your responsibility to DOWNLOAD them onto your computer within 3 days or they will be deleted from the cloud and lost for ever.

We recommend you label them with what was discussed in that session and added to a folder where you can record your session notes.

Recordings and Transcriptions are NOT to be shared with anyone outside your business. While we strive to ensure a seamless experience, we cannot be held responsible for any technical glitches that may occur. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that technical issues may arise and we are not liable for any disruptions caused by such events.

2.6 Email Reminders:

We send you automated reminder emails to keep us chugging along. Should you UNSUBSCRIBE, you will NOT receive any course material or correspondence related to your program moving forward. In the unforeseen event you seem to be receiving too many emails, please let us know as their may be a system fault that needs addressing. 

Important:

* Please check SPAM as our emails sometime hide there. 

* If you add us to your email contacts, we should start to arrive in your inbox. 

* Please ensure you ALWAYS use the same email address you signed up with.

* Please ensure their Login emails and passwords are correct (and checked) prior to attending all sessions or passing them onto us. There will be no extension of time given if time needs to be spent sorting out logins.

 

3. The Marketing Implementation Hub:

Your program includes access to our VIP Marketing Masterclasses, held most Mondays from 1–2pm (QLD time). A reminder with the topic and Zoom link will be shared in the Facebook group each week.

These sessions are one of our most valuable learning and networking opportunities where you’ll gain insights into strategies other business owners are using, collaborate with others, and stay accountable. It’s essential that you attend the VIP Sessions regularly to get the full benefit of your program.

Please also ensure you join and stay active in the Facebook group, where you can ask questions, access replays, receive updates, and get ongoing support between sessions.

You are encouraged to bring your marketing VA to the live sessions. Please ask them to add their business name to their Zoom name so we can identify who they represent.

Need to DEFRAG? Many business owners and marketing VAs experience stress, decision fatigue, and overwhelm. That’s why every Friday, I share a short Breathwork session in the Facebook group to help support your mental wellbeing and happiness.

At the end of your program, most clients choose to continue with our Momentum Program at a loyalty price for continued growth, consistency, and accountability.

4. Online Modules:

Please contact [email protected] if you require login set up.

Please ensure you use the same email address you signed up with. You will receive a password setup in your emails (which may hide in spam). It will give you lifetime access to content to be used by you and your business team only. 


5. Time Frame:

All sessions are to be completed within these time frames or will be forfeited. It is your responsibility to book in sessions, fulfil your responsibilities and keep up the communication by checking and responding to our emails:

  • Government Grants (as per the Grant)

  • 5 Months for Deep Dive (Max 15hrs)

  • The Marketing Doers (8-week VA Program)

  • Momentum: 12 months for Steady Growth and Continuous Support, then monthly reoccurring until cancellation

  • The Marketing Implementation Hub: This VIP program is a min of 12 months, stop at any time after that

(Please note any agreed upon makeups or extended time frames, are to be in writing via email and to be completed within an additional 6 weeks)

 

6. Payment:

If you choose the payment plan or subscription option it is your responsibility to ensure there are funds in the account or you will occur additional fees.

Outstanding Fees are at your expense.

Signing this agreement below acknowledges you understand that you've entered into an agreement and are fully responsible for the full payment of the program and the contract cannot be broken or exchanged.

Outstanding amounts will be handed over for debt collection and all coaching and projects will stop until full payment is received. Debt collection fees are at YOUR expense.

All one on one sessions must be in advance of payment.

There are NO changes of mind, holds or cancellations. Feel free to use it as a credit for any other service or pass it onto someone else. This credit is at our discretion.

If you choose to end our engagement, there will be no resuming. 


The following ‘Terms of Engagement’ summarise how we will work together.


Coaching is our opinion, and as a result, we cannot be held accountable for not achieving results. Results cannot be guaranteed and are largely dependent on the amount of action the client takes.

Please have your LAPTOP and passwords ready, along with your ‘homework” at every session, and any priority tasks you'd like to work on so we can commence. 


All purchases are final with no refunds, HOLDS, or transfers when you enter into this agreement, and must be completed within the time frame.  Any websites and email platforms etc remain the property of Online Business Marketing until full payment has been made. 

Acceptance:


You acknowledge that by purchasing our program via stripe, Xero invoice or other payment method, you have knowledge of and have entered into this agreement. I’m excited to help you improve your online marketing strategy and help you be more productive and profitable.
