Deposit & Payment Information
To begin creating your personalised itinerary and securing the best available flights, a non-refundable deposit of NZD $200 is required. A 4% processing fee applies to this deposit. The total deposit amount (including the processing fee) must be paid once you submit this form. You will receive an email from us with the link to pay.
This deposit is credited towards your final booking and allows us to:
• Search and hold suitable flight options for your dates and budget
• Access fares and schedules not always available online
• Coordinate stopovers, extra nights, or transfers if needed
• Provide tailored recommendations based on your preferences
• Offer ongoing support before and during your travels

Please upload a clear photo or scan of the information page of the passport you will be travelling on (the page with your photo and personal details). This is required to confirm your booking and ensure your travel details are accurate.

✅ It’s recommended that your passport has at least 6 months’ validity remaining from your return date, as many countries require this
✅ You are responsible for ensuring you hold the correct visas for your travel. If you are unsure what visas you need, please ask us and we’ll be happy to help.
SEATING & BAGGAGE REQUESTS
Most airlines charge extra for seat selection and additional baggage. We’re happy to note your preferences, but please be aware that all seating requests are subject to airline approval and availability. If you’d like more information about fees, just let us know.
