Terms and Conditions of the Launch 360 Affiliate Agreement

1. Parties Involved

   • Company: Led to Lead Consulting, located at 201 North Rd., Epsom, NH 03234.

   • Affiliate: "Affiliate Name," located at "Affiliate Address."

2. Appointment

   • "Affiliate Name" is appointed as a non-exclusive affiliate to promote and refer potential customers to Led to Lead Consulting’s software product.

3. Promotion and Referral

   • Ethical Promotion: The affiliate agrees to use ethical marketing practices.

   • Referral Tracking: Affiliates will use a unique referral link to track referrals. Cookies associated with these links remain active for 180 days.

4. Commission and Bonus Structure

   • Commissions:

     • Starter Plan: $100

     • Professional Plan: $150

     • Enterprise Plan: $200

   • Bonus: Affiliates may receive a bonus equal to the commission amount if they close a sale independently.

   • Payment Terms: Commissions are paid on a net 30 basis.

   • The structure will increase based by performance.

   Affiliate Obligations

   • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

   • No unauthorized representations about the product.

   • Permission required for any price changes, except during authorized promotions.

5. Termination

   • Either party may terminate the agreement at any time for any reason with immediate effect upon written notice. Commissions will be paid for earnings up to 30 days after termination.
