Terms and Agreement -This Broadcaster Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between The Restored Woman TV Network (“Network”) and the undersigned individual or organization (“Broadcaster”). 1. Term & Cancellation This Agreement shall remain in effect for twelve (12) months from the date signed. Either party may cancel this Agreement with 30 days written notice. 2. Payment Terms The monthly broadcast payment is $300.00 per month ($75.00 a week) for the duration of this Agreement. The first payment is due within 24 hours of signing this Agreement. An initial invoice will be emailed for immediate payment. Thereafter, invoices will be issued monthly, and payment must be made in full by the due date stated on the invoice. A $20.00 late fee will be applied if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date. Continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination of the program. 3. Content Standards Broadcaster agrees that all content must be: Inspirational, faith-based, and focused on empowering women, in alignment with the mission of The Restored Woman TV Network. Free from witchcraft, pornography, profanity, and bashing of other ministries, individuals, or organizations. Fully compliant with all applicable copyright laws. The Network will not be held liable for any copyright infringements in content provided by the Broadcaster. 4. Program Submission Programs must be exactly 28.5 minutes in length. If a program exceeds this time limit, the Network may refuse to air it. Content must be uploaded at least 10 days prior to the scheduled air date. Failure to do so may result in the program not airing. Content must be delivered through the Network’s official upload system. Broadcasters will receive upload instructions by email, including a username and passcode for access. If new content is not received on time, the Network will rerun the previous week’s program. If a program does not air due to technical difficulties, internet outages, or other broadcast issues, the Network will arrange for the program to run at an alternate time. 5. Non-Guarantee of Airtime The Network makes every reasonable effort to broadcast content on the agreed schedule,but cannot guarantee placement if uploading and technical requirements are not met by you, the Broadcaster. 6. Non-Transferability This Agreement may not be assigned or transferred to another party without the prior written approval of PTWWN Broadcasting. 7. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. No verbal agreements or statements shall supersede the terms contained herein. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. 8. Airtime & VOD Access This Agreement includes: One weekly airtime spot on The Restored Woman TV Network channel. Access to a 24/7 Video on Demand (VOD) channel, which the Broadcaster may use to share programs on their website, social media platforms, and other promotional outlets.
