Suppose I choose to have my order shipped on Thursday or Friday. In that case, I agree to accept full responsibility if any delivery delays cause my order not to get delivered until the following Monday and the exosomes could have some degradation. All exosome saline products are shipped via overnight express on dry ice. Topical exosome products are shipped Monday - Friday. I will be sure someone is available to accept the package on the day of delivery and that the saline exosomes are stored in a refrigerator or freezer immediately once delivered.
