I acknowledge that participation requires valid travel documentation and adherence to all destination requirements. I understand that deposit and payment details, terms, and cancellation policies will be provided before final confirmation, and that completing the payment secures my booking.

1. No Chargebacks

By booking this trip, I waive my right to file chargebacks through my bank or credit card provider. Any disputes must be addressed directly with Pretty Pearl Ventures, LLC in writing.

2. Group Etiquette

I understand that I am part of a group experience and will show respect for everyone’s time, space, and energy. Disruptive behavior, repeated tardiness, or disregard for guidelines may result in removal from scheduled activities.

3. Responsibility Disclaimer

I understand that Pretty Pearl Ventures, LLC and it's subsidiaries are not responsible for:

Lost, stolen, or damaged luggage
Missed flights or connections
Illness, injury, or accidents
Any optional excursions or purchases made outside of the official itinerary

4. Participation Requirements

I will receive all travel details, including the itinerary, in advance.

I am responsible for being on time and present for scheduled activities.

Missing any portion of the experience due to lateness or personal scheduling conflicts will not result in a refund.
