Thank you for taking the time to orient your dog to our unique style of dog care.

We want you to be aware of our practices, and we want your dog to have a good experience with our routines. Please complete all information.

You will receive a report about how your dog did with handlers, his/her response to other dogs, getting used to quiet times in the bunkhouse for eating and getting out of bad weather. Cost for orientation is $25/dog.

Fee waived if you book a reservation with payment within a week of the first visit.

Hours for drop-off and pick-up are 7-9 am and 4-6pm Monday-Saturday BY APPOINTMENT*

We rest on Sunday but approved Sunday drop offs and pick ups incur $40 courtesy fee.

*Specific times enable us to help you quickly when you arrive. Closed for drop off and pick up on most actual holidays.

FEEDING and MEDICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Doggie Dude Ranch feeds Diamond Maintenance kibble in the morning and afternoon. If you would like to bring your own dog food OR your dog is on medication, please specify instructions below and bring just enough food for your dog’s stay. Please label all food and medicine containers, and provide information about amounts or have meals prepackaged for each meal. Medicines should include full instructions about administration. We charge between $3 and $5 per medicine per day, costs per medication or treatment depends on the number of doses, difficulty to administer, etc.

VACCINATIONS AND FLEA/TICK TREATMENT

Please provide a copy of your vet records when bringing your dog. WE DO NOT ACCEPT OWNER ADMINISTERED VACCINATIONS. We require Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordatella. All dogs must be treated for fleas and ticks year round. If we find ticks or fleas on your dog, we will treat them for an extra $50.
