A non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the total contracted amount is required to secure and reserve the event date. No event date or services will be held without receipt of the required deposit.
Any requests to modify the event design, rental items, services, venue, timeline, or event date must be submitted in writing and approved by Luxury Event Lights, LLC no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event. Changes requested within 14 days of the event are not guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees based on equipment availability, labor requirements, and scheduling.
